Premature Ejaculation Drugs
Using a PDE5 inhibitor as a Premature Ejaculation Drug
The phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitor, or the PDE5 inhibitor, was the first oral medicine used to help men with premature ejaculation. With enough sexual stimulation, PDE5 inhibitors cause an increase of blood flow into the penis. In other words, PDE5 inhibitors need motivation to take effect, which may not be a bad thing.
PDE5 inhibitors do have side effects, such as severe headaches, dizziness, heartburn and congestion. Hearing loss and/or vision changes have also been known to occur upon occasion. Considering the side effects that can potentially go along with using PDE5 inhibitors to treat premature ejaculation, a man may want to consider other options.
Using SSRIs as a Premature Ejaculation Drug
If a man is having trouble with premature ejaculation, he may consider a pharmaceutical to help combat his problem. When used as antidepressants, SSRIs have caused delayed ejaculation. As a result, SSRIs have been used in the last ten years to directly combat premature ejaculation. While premature ejaculation drugs are still awaiting approval from the FDA, SSRIs are known to for helping guys go from "minute men" into "marathon men."
There are four SSRIs that have been greatly studied for treating premature ejaculation:
• Paxil
• Zoloft
• Prozac
• Anafranil
Men can take SSRIs four hours before having sex. But research has shown that taking the premature ejaculation drug on a daily basis works better. Taking SSRIs once a day for two weeks should do the trick in almost any guy. At that point, he should only have to take the premature ejaculation drug when the time arises.
Of the variety of premature ejaculation drugs to choose from, Paxil works the best. In some cases, it helps men last up to ten times longer in bed. Those extra 9 minutes can be a lifetime to an intimate couple. Side effects are minimal, if any. Studies have shown that Anafranil causes more side effects than other SSRIs.
Rare side effects of SSRIs can be:
• Nausea
• Diarrhea
• Headache
• Dry mouth
• Drowsiness
• Nervousness
• Reduced libido
Using Dapoxetine Hydrochloride as a Premature Ejaculation Drug
In the very near future, the FDA should approve dapoxetine hydrochloride as an effective drug to treat premature ejaculation. Not unlike SSRIs, dapoxetine hydrochloride will stop the body from transporting serotonin. Dapoxetine hydrochloride only takes an hour to affect a man's body, rather than SSRI's daily intake or four hours of waiting. The premature ejaculation drug also leaves the body just as quickly.
Dapoxetine hydrochloride has minimal side effects. It sounds like dapoxetine hydrochloride is the premature ejaculation drug of choice. Both Johnson & Johnson and Pfizer are currently working on an effective dapoxetine hydrochloride that the FDA will approve. It's just a matter of time until American men can start fully benefitting from all types of premature ejaculation drugs.

Premature Ejaculation Diet
Eating Wisely and Premature Ejaculation
If a guy is struggling with a lack of control over his sphincter, also known as premature ejaculation, he may consider improving his diet. Remember, if you feed your body junk, that can pretty much be what you'll get out of it in the bedroom. So you should be feeding your body vitamins and minerals, rather than rubbish. Otherwise, you and your partner may be paying the price with premature ejaculation.
Besides eating high sugars and fats, not getting enough vitamins can cause premature ejaculation. If a man has too little Vitamin B3 or Vitamin D, he'll have troubles in bed. Clogging your arteries with an unhealthy high cholesterol diet restricts blood flow in and out of the penis. The result can often be premature ejaculation, on top of a less than acceptable erection. Junk food can play a major factor in premature ejaculation, as well as other serious illnesses like diabetes and cancer.
Drinking Wisely and Premature Ejaculation
Drinking the right ingredients with almond milk is a simple technique to avoid all different types of sexual related problems, like premature ejaculation. You just have to mix ten almonds with a cup of warm cow's milk, saffron, ginger and cardamom. Let it all soak overnight, and you're good to go. The suggested serving is a drink every morning, and one every evening.
Not unlike the ayurveda herb ashwagandha, ginseng milk assists men with their premature ejaculation troubles. Twice a day, drink a mixture of ginseng milk with a cup of warm goat’s milk. The right drink may be all you need to turn into a rock star in the bedroom.
Herbs and Premature Ejaculation
Along with quality foods, delightful herbs can be extremely practical, helping a guy out with premature ejaculation. Of the numerous herbs assisting men with premature ejaculation, asparagus may be the most successful. Another effective herb to overcome premature ejaculation is the vigorous winter cherry. Not only does winter cherry help get rid of premature ejaculation, it can help with erectile dysfunction and has no side effects. Anacyclus pyrethrum has been used to promote blood flow into clear vessels for hundreds of years. White musale, black musale, pueraria tuburosa, silk cotton tree, mucuna pruriens and the roots of angelica plants are all herbs that assist men with premature ejaculation and penis strength. In fact, creams made from angelica plants can also be rubbed onto a man's privates to decrease premature ejaculation.

Premature Ejaculation Videos
Premature Ejaculation Video on Yahoo
Simply searching Yahoo for information on premature ejaculation, anyone can easily stumble upon some videos coaching couples on the issue. One instruction video on Yahoo (http://video.yahoo.com/watch/1742112/5797462) explains six different causes of premature ejaculation: guilt, stress, depression, performance anxiety, a couple’s interpersonal issues, and concerns like pregnancy or STDs. The web’s premature ejaculation video also offers some ideas for treatment:
• The Squeeze Method
• The Stop/Start Method
• Kegel exercises
• Drug therapy
Yahoo’s premature ejaculation video pushes medications, calling them the “Perfect Treatment for Premature Ejaculation.” It also claims that premature ejaculation meds are the “cure” for premature ejaculation. Viewers learn that premature ejaculation medications act locally on a guy’s sex organ to regulate the process of ejaculation, allowing him to last 5 to 10 minutes longer than usual.
Premature Ejaculation Video on 5min.com’s Life Videopedia
On a 5min.com video, (http://www.5min.com/Video/How-to-handle-Premature-Ejaculation-114223253) a young specialist offers men some rather unusual advice on avoiding premature ejaculation. He claims that when a situation gets too hot in the bedroom, a guy should sit down like he’s taking a bowel movement. Supposedly it works better than thinking about baseball. He also explains an exercise for men to work the muscles surrounding their pelvic regions. Guys should pretend they’re stopping their urine midstream for 10 seconds at a time. Practicing the exercise everyday helps to build up the muscles and give men more power over their ejaculations. The video concludes with a cheesy remark about why suffer from premature ejaculation so often. “Because they’re so turned on by their wives,” the specialist says.
Premature Ejaculation Video on Funny or Die
On the comical site, Funny or Die, viewers can locate a number of funny skits revolving around premature ejaculation. On a memorable episode of Dr. Geneva Reade, Sex Therapist, (http://www.funnyordie.com/topic/premature-ejaculation), the young physician tells how her first husband would often reach orgasm the moment his fly would get unzipped. Sometimes she would still be clothed, or in a different room all together. The sound of his own zipper was usually enough to make him finish almost instantly. Switching to button-fly trousers made no difference. The moment his member felt fresh air, it was all over. As a result, Dr. Reade left the physically immature man. In fact, she successfully turned her husband’s lack of sexual stamina into a nice settlement for herself.

Premature Ejaculation Spray
Premature Ejaculation Can Be Pretty Embarrassing
Perhaps the single most troubling obstacle for men in bed is premature ejaculation. It can affect any guy, regardless of his age or experience. In a matter of seconds, he’ll be mortified, feeling like a clueless 12 year old boy. It’s devastating on a first encounter with a new partner. At the same time, premature ejaculation can harm a relationship. After all, she really should be getting some pleasure from sex.
PSD502 Premature Ejaculation Spray
One idea used to combat premature ejaculation is using a topical spray known as PSD502. Made up of numbing agents, such as lidocaine and prilocaine, PSD502 is supposed to desensitize certain cells in a man’s penis. Losing feeling in the penis should delay an orgasm. The premature ejaculation spray can be applied as little as 5 minutes before having sex. The short amount of time for PSD502 to take effect on the body is marvelous. But it can be a drag to stop foreplay to apply the premature ejaculation spray.
The overall sensations experienced during sex should not be sacrificed, but many men claim that their penis feels numb. In a controlled test of 300 men, PSD502 improved the average time of ejaculation by 4 minutes. But losing sensation isn’t very arousing for either the man or woman. And it’ll never permantly cure a person. Is a guy supposed to be dependant of premature ejaculation spray for the rest of his sex life? That sounds pretty costly.
Is the extra time worth the sacrificed feelings of sexual pleasure? A majority of men don’t think it is. Fortunately, there’s more than one way to skin a cat?
Alternatives to Premature Ejaculation Spray
The disappointing spray does not compare to many superior products out there to handle premature ejaculation. While there is no one magical solution on the market, gentlemen should attempt to find a more practical technique to fight off premature ejaculation. Premature ejaculation sprays are not worth your time and money. There are plenty of natural techniques, beneficial exercises and medications that are far more effective than premature ejaculation sprays.
Climaxagen is a treatment that uses tablets, as well as a topical cream to help men in the bedroom. The two treatments give a man the power to be where he needs to be. Neither Climaxagen pills nor cream numb the body from sensation, allowing both partners’ bodies to experience full pleasure. Too bad the same cannot be said for premature ejaculation sprays.

Premature Ejaculation Surgery
Nobody likes premature ejaculation. In fact, most men and women hate it. After a series of unsuccessful trials with natural diets, exercises and pills, some guys throw in the towel and have expensive and painful surgery to help them overcome premature ejaculation. Surgery cures premature ejaculation rather quickly with no after treatment, and men have been known to become stallions in the sack, repeatedly lasting as long as they want to. However, surgery to treat premature ejaculation comes with some pretty negative factors, including its short lasting effect, repeat treatments are usually required, and the treatment's various health risks.
What Does Premature Ejaculation Surgery Do?
Surgical procedures for premature ejaculation don't eliminate the man's climax. They merely decrease a guy's sensitivity to reaching an orgasm. That doesn't sound like much fun. Fellas still ejaculate, it just doesn't happen as quickly. Now that sounds like it could be fun.
How Long Does Premature Ejaculation Surgery Last?
Having surgery performed to treat premature ejaculation does not have a permanent affect. In other words, a man has to undergo the same surgery several times. After 6 months or so, the surgery's effects will fade away. A man's penis will get back its full feeling and he's right back where he started. Some gents just have the surgery performed again. Treating premature ejaculation two times a year certainly comes with a high price, on one's body, his mind and his wallet.
What are the Common Risks of Premature Ejaculation Surgery?
As with any surgery, premature ejaculation procedures come with their share of risks. Sure, medical science has recently jumped light years ahead with its technology. But no doctor or premature ejaculation surgery can guarantee its effectiveness on an individual. In fact, there are some reported cases of premature ejaculation surgeries causing men to never gain an erection again. Ouch! I don't think any premature ejaculation surgery is worth that risk. Any guy would rather be tagged out before reaching first base, than never even getting to bat.
With all of premature ejaculation surgeries' negative factors, folks can definitely find an alternate treatment for premature ejaculation. It may take a little time and plenty of patience to get the results you and your partner are searching for. But whether it's a natural treatment or pills, there are certainly better options available for men to treat premature ejaculation.

Premature Ejaculation and Learning Mind Control
Premature Ejaculation and the Mind
Ejaculation is controlled by the brain. Therefore, premature ejaculation comes from a state of mind. Using your mind to control feelings, yoga has always been a useful tool to fight off premature ejaculation. First off, yoga helps relieve stress, putting men in more control of their bodies. When the man is at peace, the woman has less trouble letting her body unwind to reach an orgasm or two. Thanks to simple yoga routines, one person’s pleasure can compliment the other’s physical and mental satisfaction.
Premature Ejaculation and Dealing with Stress
Stress can destroy anything and everything in the bedroom. He has to fight off being nervous and insecure, which is easier said than done. Anxiety is never sexy, especially when somebody’s is worried about their performance. A fearful man is never up to the task, as his body merely takes cues from his preoccupied mind. Thanks to premature ejaculation, it’ll all be over before the woman even knows he started.
Stress causes premature ejaculation. Premature ejaculation causes stress. It’s a vicious cycle.
One trick to avoid stress is to get it out of your life. If taking the Turnpike to work makes your blood boil, just leave 20 minutes earlier and take a regular road to work. It won’t be a perfect ride, but it’ll certainly cut out some of the highway’s stressors. Or when coworkers are being negative, simply excuse yourself from the conversation. A change of one’s mental environment can make all the difference in the world. Little tricks like this can make a huge difference for men battling premature ejaculation.
Using Fitness to Overcome Premature Ejaculation
Men can exercise more than their muscles to remain fit, and nothing could be better for fighting premature ejaculation than a healthy state of mind. If a guy is overweight, his appearance will probably cause him stress. If he doesn’t feel like a stud, his body certainly won’t be acting very macho. And ejaculating prematurely will certainly confirm it.
It can always be fun for an intimate couple to search for solutions to their premature ejaculation problem in bed. It’s worth it because when a man’s mind and body are in shape, stress is minimized. This way, premature ejaculation can become a silly problem in one’s sexual past.

Premature Ejaculation Exercises
Whether it’s the man or woman, nobody appreciates premature ejaculation. And just about all guys have suffered from premature ejaculation at one time or another. Fortunately for everyone, there are some constructive techniques for the man to use in bed. Guys can successfully learn how to calm themselves with simple breathing techniques and gain control over their bodies, preventing premature ejaculation. A majority of men don’t practice the effective exercises for relaxation. Perhaps because they never realized how easy the exercises that prevent premature ejaculation are to perform on a regular basis.
Breathing Techniques to Control Premature Ejaculation
Men can actually control their ejaculations with their breathing techniques. They just have to breathe deeply through their noses and center their minds on their lower torsos. Fellas can always prevent premature ejaculation by taking 5 seconds to breath in normally, hold it for 5 more seconds, and spend another 5 exhaling. Also, men can focus on their breathing from their diaphragms, rather than their chests. With one hand on the chest and another on the stomach, they can breathe with minimal movements in the chest. They should allow their stomachs to do all of the movement. Besides just in the bedroom, breathing correctly helps folks in their everyday lives.
Stop and Start to Control Premature Ejaculation
When the gentleman feels his big climax around the corner, he needs to stop immediately. He should focus his mind on something, anything, besides sex. Maybe he should do a few jumping jacks before starting again. Just as long as he can distract his mind and relax his body. Even if the erection is lost, the pair can have fun finding creative ways to bring him back into the game. Doing so will greatly prolong sex, making the man perform like the porn star that she’s always dreamt of.
Use the Squeeze Technique to Control Premature Ejaculation
The squeeze technique is another method to prevent premature ejaculation. Just before the man ejaculates, either he or the woman squeezes the tip of the penis very tightly for approximately 15 seconds. He should then occupy his mind with baseball stats for another 30 seconds before returning to the action. Once the combination of the stop and start method is successfully combined with the squeeze technique, a couple can successfully make whoopee all night. Premature ejaculation will be no more than a memory of the past that you two can look back upon and laugh at.

Techniques for Premature Ejaculation
Exercises for Premature Ejaculation
Premature ejaculation (PE) affects almost every man at some point in his life. But there are certain techniques to assist guys in becoming a super hero in bed, not ejaculating until he’s good and ready to. Controlling premature ejaculation takes learning to read your body’s signals. Rather than ejaculating too soon, use practice techniques to transform your body from a “Minute Man" to a "Marathon Man."
Controlling Premature Ejaculation with Your Mind
The first exercise in controlling premature ejaculation is to masturbate, simulating sex by stroking your penis. Focus your mind on the feelings running through body. When you feel a tickling like you are about to ejaculate, stop what you are doing immediately. Focus your mind on something, anything, besides sex. Recite the A,B,Cs, or sing “Three Blind Mice” out loud. Do whatever it takes to distract your mind for approximately 15 seconds to stop ejaculation. If your body has began to ejaculate, just go with it. Don’t try to stop it.
You should repeat the directions two more times before ejaculating. To get back into the mood, play the same mind trick on yourself. Focus on something sexual to get aroused. Think about the DVD you once saw, or relive that one time at band camp. On a daily basis, try this exercise free hand, rather than using lotion. It takes practice to effectively learn this skill.
Do the Motion with the Lotion
Once a guy masters the “start and stop” technique, he can increase his workout. Applying an oil or water based lubricant usually always makes it easier to ejaculate in a shorter period of time. But make sure to only use lotions when rubbing out, as many lubricants are not safe for vaginal penetration. Practice the same exercise, stopping anywhere between three to six different times before ejaculating.
After practicing this useful exercise, men lengthen the time before they ejaculate. They also develop more control over the action, increasing the amount of time before the action has to be again. Now when a partner joins in the fun, the guy can be in complete control of his body. Both men and women appreciate these factors in the bedroom.
Controlling Premature Ejaculation with Pills
Certain drugs, like Dapoxetine Hydrochloride, are used to fight off premature ejaculation. They are Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitor (SSRI) drugs that have been used to treat many issues, ranging from depression to insomnia. It's just a matter of time until most of these premature ejaculation pills are available in the States, like they are throughout Europe's different markets. Currently, Climaxagen tablets are available in the US as a worthwhile natural alternative to dapoxetine hydrochloride. These herbal tablets contain 5-htp and epimedium concentrate, which may help reduce premature ejaculation.

History of Dapoxetine Hydrochloride
Dapoxetine Hydrochloride is a drug with many benefits. Not only does it help with fighting off depression, Dapoxetine Hydrochloride can be used for anxiety disorders, sleep difficulties, erectile dysfunction and most recently, premature ejaculation. While the FDA has not yet approved Dapoxetine Hydrochloride in the States, the drug is available from foreign websites. Researchers say it’s only a matter of time until Dapoxetine Hydrochloride is available on the U.S. market.
Dapoxetine Hydrochloride as an Antidepressant
Dapoxetine Hydrochloride, also known on the market as Priligy, is a Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitors (SSRI) drug that was once used as an antidepressant. Besides depression, the multipurpose drug has also been known to help patients with anxiety, various personality disorders, insomnia, impotence and premature ejaculation.
Dapoxetine Hydrochloride to Treat Premature Ejaculation
Like most antidepressants, a side effect of Dapoxetine Hydrochloride is the inability to reach orgasms and ejaculation. But Dapoxetine Hydrochloride doesn’t last in the body long enough to make it practical as an antidepressant. Along with researcher Thor Karl, pharmacist Eli Lilly realized that Dapoxetine Hydrochloride could be an excellent treatment distinctly for premature ejaculation.
In the late 19th Century, Lilly was a colonel in the U.S. Union Army during the Civil War. Working as a pharmaceutical chemist, he made several advances in the pharmaceutical business. Before cancer took Lilly’s life in 1898, he realized the potential for Dapoxetine Hydrochloride as an “on demand” drug for men having trouble in bed.
One of the things that makes Dapoxetine Hydrochloride different from other SSRIs is how quickly the human body absorbs and eliminates the drug, not unlike Viagra. The result occurs from the first dose. The drug is completely out of the man’s body in just a few hours, not a couple of days. Consumers have a choice of 30mg and 60mg tablets of Dapoxetine Hydrochloride, and it’s best to start with the lower dose. Men can always increase their doses later. Dapoxetine Hydrochloride usually takes an extremely short amount of time to absorb into a man’s body before taking affect.
Dapoxetine Hydrochloride is awaiting approval from the FDA. Back in 2005, they rejected Dapoxetine Hydrochloride and nothing has changed since. They claim that the side effects of Dapoxetine Hydrochloride are still too high, as they can cause suicidal thoughts.
Dapoxetine Hydrochloride on the Foreign Market
Approved in foreign nations, Dapoxetine Hydrochloride is still developed by Johnson & Johnson. Since February 2009, Janssen-Cilag has been marketing Dapoxetine Hydrochloride throughout European countries, like Sweden, Austria, Finland and others. The UK is waiting for Dapoxetine Hydrochloride to be approved, along with Canada and the United States. Of course, consumers often consider going online to buy Dapoxetine Hydrochloride from an overseas pharmacy. Many fellas think it’s an easy price to pay to become Super Men in bed.

Premature Ejaculation and Dapoxetine Hydrochloride
How to Treat Premature Ejaculation?
There are a few different treatments available to help men deal with premature ejaculation. VigRX is the most popular method currently available, as it has no side effects and does not require a prescription. Working as a semen volume supplement, Semenax comes in capsules and fights’ off men’s orgasms. Despite being made as an enlargement medication, the SizeGenetics Device also assists men with their sexual stamina. But in the next few years, Dapoxetine Hydrochloride will take over the market place as the first choice in premature ejaculation treatment
Popular treatments for premature ejaculation:
VigRX
Semenax
SizeGenetics Device
Dapoxetine Hydrochloride
What is Dapoxetine Hydrochloride?
When it comes to men’s troubles in bed, premature ejaculation is the most common. One out of every three men around the world has to face the issue. Fortunately, there’s a new drug on the market developed to fight off premature ejaculation, Dapoxetine Hydrochloride. While it’s still waiting to be approved in North America or the United Kingdom, Dapoxetine Hydrochloride can be purchased online from select European nations, including Sweden, Austria, Germany, Spain, Italy and Portugal.
Studies have shown that men can significantly increase their time before having an orgasm by taking Dapoxetine. The positive results occurred after some fellas took only one dose, and only increased with more numerous doses. The fact that the FDA has not yet approved the drug leads many men to question the overall safety of Dapoxetine Hydrochloride. Perhaps the delay is due to the drug’s similarity to some antidepressants known to cause suicidal thoughts. In other words, the FDA thinks that Dapoxetine Hydrochloride’s side effects are not worth the benefits.
The History of Dapoxetine Hydrochloride
Biochemist David T. Wong of Eli Lilly and Company put together LY 210448, also known as Dapoxetine Hydrochloride, for the first time as an antidepressant. In 2003, the drug’s patent was purchased by Johnson & Johnson for $65 million plus royalties. A year later, many of America’s major drug manufacturers began putting in applications to the FDA with no success.
If and when the FDA approves Dapoxetine Hydrochloride for sale in the States, it will be the first prescribed drug made specifically to target premature ejaculation. Similarly, Dapoxetine Hydrochloride is awaiting approval to hit the market in the United Kingdom. Now targeting premature ejaculation, Dapoxetine Hydrochloride is expected to be approved on both sides of the Atlantic in the next few years. Regardless, men can take care of business right away when they get a hold of some Dapoxetine Hydrochloride.

What is Dapoxetine Hydrochloride?
Dapoxetine Hydrochloride is a pharmaceutical drug whose original use was for the treatment of depression. It is a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor but a slightly different type than contained in popular drugs prescribed for depression, such as Prozac and Zoloft. It is now marketed in some European countries as a remedy for premature ejaculation.
Created by pharma giant Eli Lilly and Company, Dapoxetine Hydrochloride was subsequently sold to Johnson & Johnson. In 2004 the drug was submitted to the U.S. Food & Drug Administration as a treatment for premature ejaculation, but the agency designated the drug as "not approvable" and required further testing from the producer. The FDA did not disclose to the public the nature of its reservations about the drug.
The drug is currently under review by the FDA once again.
Dapoxetine Hydrochloride Benefits
Premature ejaculation is a common problem among men, and research suggests that a third of men suffer from this sexual dysfunction at one time or another. It is more common than erectile dysfunction, in which men are unable to maintain an erection. For some men, premature ejaculation is frequent enough to cripple their sex lives. Dapoxetine Hydrochloride is the first pharmaceutical approach for treating premature ejaculation that has shown some degree of success.
Studies conducted by the manufacturer distributed 30- and 60-milligram doses of the drug to about 2,600 men who suffered mild to severe problems with premature ejaculation. Some men received a placebo. The three-month study found that ejaculation for men taking the 30-milligram dose was delayed for about one minute on average compared to the men receiving the placebo. Men taking the 60-milligram dose lasted about a minute and a half longer than the placebo group. The delay in ejaculation was relatively short, but some of the men told researchers that, in effect, every second helps.
Dapoxetine Hydrochloride Side Effects
Like all antidepressant pharmaceuticals, Dapoxetine Hydrochloride does have side effects that affect men to varying degrees. The most common problems associated with the drug include nausea, headache, vertigo and diarrhea. Studies have found that just over 20 percent of men taking 60- or 100-milligram doses of Dapoxetine Hydrochloride experienced nausea.
In general, the sexual side effects that have accompanied serotonin inhibitor-based antidepressant drugs sometimes arise with the use of Dapoxetine Hydrochloride. Indeed, delayed ejaculation was one of the side effects of antidepressants in general that caught the attention of researchers looking into premature ejaculation. However, the use of Dapoxetine Hydrochloride can be accompanied by several of the sexual side effects caused by many antidepressants, at varying degrees, such as erectile dysfunction and loss of libido.
Dapoxetine Hydrochloride Cost
Although Dapoxetine Hydrochloride is not currently being sold at U.S. pharmacies, it is a costly prescription in the European countries where it's now available. The average price of a 30-milligram tab is about U.S.$30, while the 60-milligram dose averages U.S.$40.
Dapoxetine Hydrochloride is a short-acting drug, so each tablet is usually effective for a single sexual encounter. Online pharmacies based outside the United States do offer Dapoxetine Hydrochloride to American consumers, but the prices are often exorbitant and the quality, like many drugs purchased from abroad, can be erratic.
